Kim Moehler is a Senior Advisor to Artistry Restaurants. Kim advises the Artistry leadership team on finance, accounting, and organizational structure.

Kim was originally the Chief Financial Officer of Shrimp Basket, where she oversaw the financial, IT, and HR operations of the company. Kim was instrumental in assisting Artistry in the process of acquiring Shrimp Basket.

Before Shrimp Basket, Kim served as Chief Accounting Officer and Controller for Office Depot. Kim also served as Director of Field Finance for Advantica Corporation. At the time, Advantica was one of the largest restaurant companies in the U.S. and operated 2,600 casual restaurants under the Denny’s, Coco’s, Carrow’s, and El Pollo Loco brands. Kim is also a retired CPA.

Kim received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. Kim has been married to her husband, Rob, for 28 years and enjoys playing golf, gardening, and spending time with family and friends. Now that she is working on an advisory basis, she is looking forward to getting back to traveling and planning their next adventure.
