Mia serves as the Procurement Coordinator for Artistry Restaurants.
Mia brings extensive experience in the hospitality supply chain and a background in high-volume food and beverage operations within the theme park industry. She has worked closely with culinary and beverage teams to support sourcing initiatives, supplier partnerships, and alcohol category management programs that enhance operational efficiency and elevate the guest experience. Mia thrives in the fast-paced world of hospitality and enjoys being part of an industry that brings great food, beverages, and people together.
Outside of work, Mia enjoys spending as much time as possible on the water- whether that’s out on the boat or relaxing at the beach. A lifelong fan of Chelsea FC, she loves watching matches whenever she can. She is also an avid reader, having read over 100 books in the past year alone. When she’s not reading, Mia enjoys playing golf, exploring new wines as a self-proclaimed wine enthusiast, and cooking for friends and family. Her love for hospitality extends beyond the workplace, and she enjoys bringing people together over great food, good wine, and meaningful conversation.
