Stephanie serves as the Director of Training for Artistry Restaurants.
Before beginning her career in the restaurant industry, Stephanie was the Owner and Artistic Director of her own dance studio, The Stephanie Grace Dance Center, where she operated two dance studios in North Georgia and Western North Carolina. This is where her passion for teaching and developing others truly flourished.
When she transitioned into the restaurant industry in 2010, she took that passion for teaching and developing others with her by investing in the growth and development of her teams. When Stephanie joined the Hickory Tavern team in 2017, her “team first” mentality, giving the team the tools they needed to be successful in an environment where they can grow, is what led Stephanie to lead the training as the Director of Training for Hickory Tavern for the last two years.
