Melanie is the Senior Director of Team Support for Artistry Restaurants. Melanie is responsible for overseeing team member services, recruiting, and benefits for Artistry’s brands and restaurants.
Before Artistry, Melanie served as the Head of Human Resources for Jeremiah’s Italian Ice, a fast-growing 90-unit chain located in Florida and throughout the southeast. Melanie helped re-align the culture across the company’s existing stores and built a sustainable human resources infrastructure to improve team member opportunities for relationships and performance.
Melanie also worked for four years with Hard Rock International. Melanie oversaw the implementation of all human resources-related projects company-wide, and advised senior leadership on performance management and strategies to attract, train, and retain top talent.
Melanie received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Human Resource Management from the University of Central Florida. Melanie is a Certified Professional by the Society of Human Resource Management. She is an Orlando native and a water sports enthusiast, spending the majority of her free time on the boat in Orlando’s beautiful chain of lakes. She also enjoys reading, traveling, and attempting DIY projects.
