Mark is the Chief Restaurant Officer and Partner of Artistry Restaurants. Mark is responsible for overseeing operations across all of Artistry’s restaurants and brands.
Before joining Artistry’s executive team, Mark served as Chief Executive Officer of Shrimp Basket, overseeing Shrimp Basket’s restaurants and seafood distribution business. Mark was instrumental in Artistry’s acquisition of Shrimp Basket. Prior to Shrimp Basket, Mark served as the Vice President of Operations and was an equity partner in Red Door Woodfired Grill.
Mark also spent 17 years with P.F. Chang’s Bistro, where he served as a Market Partner and Regional Vice President and was responsible for overseeing 52 restaurants and 4,000 + employees generating $270 million in annual sales.
Mark received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communication from Creighton University and his Associate of Culinary Arts and Sciences and Restaurant Management from Scottsdale Culinary Institute.
Mark is married to his wife, Jana, and together they have two children, Kornelle and Lawson. Mark enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, wine, and anything baseball.
