Kirsten serves as Vice President of Training and Operational Excellence for Artistry Restaurants.
Prior to joining Artistry, Kirsten spent 15 Years in the industry with a honed skillset in Operational Excellence, as well as the development of comprehensive Training Programs that empower Organizations to excel in fast-paced, ever changing environments. She began her career in the industry as an Hourly Employee with Outback Steakhouse. Relentlessly committed to her personal & professional growth, she spent time as both a Single and Multi-Unit Leader and has specialized in leading New Restaurant Openings, instrumental in driving Organizational Growth by opening over 75 Restaurants through out her career. She has been honored with multiple Managing Partner of the Year Awards, as well as a lifetime achievement award in being named the ‘Outbacker of the Year.’ She is particularly passionate about cultivating growth opportunities for Women in Leadership, recognized as a Changemaker Nominee at the 2024 Women’s Foodservice Forum and a Steering Commitee Leader for Women’s Interest Groups.
In her free time, she is an avid foodie, wine enthusiast and will never turn down an Iced Latte. Kirsten is happiest when surrounded by her Friends and Family, live music and loves to be on the water as much as possible.
