Born and raised in Orlando, Florida, Jay built his career around a passion for hospitality, leadership, and helping teams succeed. With more than 20 years of experience in food and beverage, he enjoys finding practical ways to improve operations, support multi-unit teams, and use technology and data to make informative decisions. Outside of work, he enjoys live music, sports, spending time outdoors, and, most importantly, making memories with his family.
