<p class="wp-block-paragraph">As a private events manager, Hillary brings her creativity and keen attention to detail to every occasion she orchestrates. Her love for food and her commitment to creating memorable experiences allow her to transform events into unforgettable gatherings tailored to her clients&#8217; visions. Hillary&#8217;s innate ability to connect with people and understand their desires makes her an exceptional asset in the hospitality industry.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Before joining the team at Artistry Restaurants, Hillary spent an impressive 16 years as the Private Events Sales Director for JM Hospitality. Her background in event management has equipped her with the tools necessary to handle the complexities of both intimate gatherings and grand celebrations.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Hillary is also a mother of four boys, who keep her life vibrant and full of energy. An avid painter, Hillary enjoys working with acrylics, allowing her artistic side to flourish outside of her professional endeavors. In addition to painting, she has a passion for entertaining at home, raising chickens and gardening, which reflects her love for the outdoors and appreciation for the natural world.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">When she transitioned into the restaurant industry in 2010, she took that passion for teaching and developing others with her by investing in the growth and development of her teams. <p class="wp-block-paragraph">Driven by innovation, Steven later founded his own consulting firm, creating locally inspired menus for breweries and restaurants. In 2019, he joined Hickory Tavern, advancing to Executive Chef. A defining moment came when he partnered with Chef Cliff Pleau and Pam Smith, RDN, to lead a comprehensive menu overhaul—transforming the guest experience across the brand.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Steven’s culinary philosophy emphasizes sustainability, community, and storytelling through food. Mentored by leaders like Pleau and Smith, he champions bold flavors and ingredient integrity.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Barry&nbsp;is a Founder and Managing Partner at Artistry Restaurants and is primarily responsible for identifying and negotiating acquisition and partnership opportunities and Artistry’s capital markets activities. Barry also serves as Chief Executive officer of Triloma Financial Group, a private investment firm affiliated with Artistry.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Before forming Artistry and Triloma, Barry served as a Managing Director of Tavistock Group, where he created and launched Tavistock Restaurants. Through a combination of brand acquisitions and organic growth, the portfolio grew from inception to 13 brands and 98 restaurants located in 17 states, with restaurants in some of the most attractive markets in the U.S.&nbsp; Barry also led Tavistock Capital Group, a distressed asset acquisition group formed following the Great Recession. He also served as the chairman of Tavistock Group’s U.S. investment committee.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Before Tavistock, Barry spent five years with CNL Financial Group as the Chief Investment Officer and President of CNL Restaurant Properties. Barry also served on the CNL Executive Committee, participating in strategic planning and oversight for all CNL REITs. Barry is a tax attorney, and practiced law from 1988 to 1998 in Los Angeles and Orlando.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Barry received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Central Florida, a Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, and a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from New York University School of Law. Barry has been married to his wife Shannon for 38 years and spends most of his free time with his four married children and his four grandchildren. Barry also loves reading, golf, and football, and he is currently working on his pickleball skills.</p>
