Daniel is the Chief Concept Officer of Artistry Restaurants. Daniel is responsible for overseeing concept development, brand management, and brand strategy for Artistry’s brands and restaurants.
Daniel is the founder of Blue Ocean Works, which helps companies develop their branding, culture, guest experiences, and physical spaces. Daniel has developed or rebranded over forty retail locations, including independent and chain restaurants, entertainment venues, and senior living spaces.
As Chief Concept Officer for Tavistock Restaurants, Daniel provided clarity and vision for the company’s brands ranging from fast casual to fine dining. Before joining Tavistock, Daniel helped design and develop Planet Hollywood and played an integral role in the company’s expansion to 97 restaurants in 29 countries. Daniel also worked with Hard Rock Café to oversee international operations, training, and operating systems as they began their expansion.
Daniel is “a vision guy” and brings a unique approach to genuine hospitality. His ability to create and build brands and provide significant value to guests, employees, and the company has been honed working for a broad array of concepts worldwide. From concept and design to consistent execution, he has created, rebranded, and grown innovative, acclaimed, and scalable concepts. Daniel’s favorite pastime is his two children and four grandchildren. Also, from watersports to motorsports, Daniel is constantly trying to push himself… and not break anything.
