Chad serves as President of Oak & Stone.
With over 25 years of restaurant leadership experience, Chad Devorak brings a passion for developing people, and creating and nurturing strong operational, people-first cultures that provide amazing guest experiences, which are the keys to drive sales and profits. He is a positive enthusiastic leader and is excited to support and drive the growth of the Oak and Stone brand; bringing the concept to new markets, new guests, and providing opportunities for growth for our team members and leaders.
Chad spent 20 years as a key member of the leadership team with Yard House restaurants, starting as an hourly team member when the brand was a single unit, rising up the ranks to the VP level, helping to shape the brands’ culture and strong financial performance during the growth of its’ first 67 restaurants. He also served for several years as the SVP of Operations for Houlihan’s, helping the team drastically lower turnover and improve the guest experience.
Chad graduated from Minnesota State Mankato with a bachelor’s degree in communications and business law. He is married to Joanna, and together they have four children. In his spare time, Chad enjoys staying active, playing golf, and he and his family enjoy time on the lake.
