Brett is the Founder and a current Partner with Oak & Stone restaurants. Brett’s primary focus is on growth, site selection, and assisting with construction management.
Brett Decklever is the founder and CEO of Action Property Group. He has a proven record of successfully acquiring, renovating and leasing/selling single family and multi-family investment projects. Prior to starting Action Property Group, Brett was involved with several limited liability companies in the real state arena. Most notably was the development group BBB development, LLC based out of Sarasota, Florida. Brett was a founding member and responsible for all project management operations. The primary focus of the company was to acquire, renovate and sell condo conversions.
Brett’s real estate career began fresh out of college in 2002 when he and a partner formed a flipping company based out of Evanston, Illinois. Brett is a graduate of the Miami University Farmer School of Business. He has degrees in finance and entrepreneurship. Brett also holds his real estate license for the State of Florida. He is happily married with three daughters and resides in Sarasota, Florida. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing, and watching the Michigan Wolverines dominate in football.
