Brett Decklever is the founder and a current Partner of Oak & Stone restaurants, where he focuses on growth, site selection, and construction management.
He is also the founder and CEO of Action Property Group, with a strong track record in acquiring, renovating, and leasing or selling single-family and multi-family investment properties.
A graduate of Miami University’s Farmer School of Business, Brett holds degrees in Finance and Entrepreneurship, as well as a Florida real estate license. He lives in Sarasota with his wife and three daughters. Outside of work, Brett enjoys time with family and friends, golfing, and cheering on his beloved Michigan Wolverines. Go Blue!
