Artistry Restaurants Appoints Mark Kirke to Chief Restaurant Officer

Winter Park, FL – November 1, 2021 – Artistry Restaurants has promoted Mark Kirke to the newly created role of Chief Restaurant Officer. Kirke will lead, support, and develop the three restaurant concepts that currently comprise the company’s Winter Park based restaurant platform, spanning Florida, Alabama, and Mississippi, as well as the additional concepts currently in Artistry’s acquisition and development pipeline.

Kirke previously served as the President and CEO of Shrimp Basket, a 20-unit restaurant chain acquired by Artistry in 2020. In this role, he successfully navigated the resurrection of operations following Covid, and is in the process of overseeing the opening of two new Shrimp Basket Restaurants.

“I’m grateful for the opportunity to help cultivate our current brands and participate in the creation of new restaurants,” said Mark Kirke. “I’m excited for the opportunity to continue to evolve these concepts, and in turn create more opportunities for our company.”

As Chief Restaurant Officer, Kirke is tasked with achieving operating and financial targets, as well as assisting in the search for investments and acquisitions. Kirke brings over 25 years of experience cultivating restaurant brands, including Houston’s and P. F. Chang’s.

“We are thrilled to be able to expand Mark’s role to oversee all of our restaurant concepts,” said Artistry Restaurants Partner, Mike Wood. “His breadth of experience and ability to craft profitable restaurants will be vital to the growth of our restaurant concepts and Artistry as a whole.”
