Tawni serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition for Artistry Restaurants.
With a career rooted in hospitality, recruiting, and HR operations, Tawni is passionate about building exceptional teams and creating a positive hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
Before joining Artistry Restaurants, Tawni held talent acquisition and HR leadership roles with Bloomin’ Brands and PJ’s Coffee, experiences that helped shape her people-first approach and deep appreciation for the hospitality industry. She enjoys partnering with restaurant leaders, supporting new restaurant openings, recruiting executive talent, and finding creative solutions to complex hiring challenges.
Outside of work, Tawni can usually be found cheering on her two boys from the sidelines of a basketball court, traveling with her family, spending time on the boat in Northwest Arkansas, or getting lost in a good book.
